I’m still not clear where I should upload my link on this site. Is this right? Under “current challenge?”

I give up. I’ve been trying to get into this but can’t seem to find the secrets to getting a link posted. I finally found the tiny little “ADD LINK” button and then the small screen opens where I can add my link title and url, but there’s no button or link to finish it off. Also the two ‘help’ links on the page “cannot be found”.
It must be me. In spite of the fact that I’m a programmer, other people seem able to figure this out. But nonetheless, the site is POORLY configured !!!
