sorry for the late archive guys and for not archiving last week.
I promise I will do better next time

What an incredible first week. I have so enjoyed the images of you with your loved ones - thank you everyone for sharing your lives with us.
Hope you will keep it up for the rest of the month.
week 2 - you might have to re-post your link if you have uploaded your week 2 entry already.
Hopefully this new layout will work better. Am working on the look of it - colours are not quite working for me - but at least it seems to work properly. Any comments?

I love that during the week the contributors each pick a few self-portraits to highlight. However, it gets so repetitive to see the same few picked by each of the contributors, a pattern that seems to happen week after week. Being part of SPC is an amazing experience that broadens my view of myself and the world, and I would love to see a wider variety of self portraits highlighted each week so we can see more of what people are doing. Just a suggestion, and thanks for all your hard work on this project!
Thank you so much for this letter, we really value feedback and any comments and suggestions are welcome.
After a round table email discussion with the contributors we came up with a few ideas. First though some snippets from our discussion…
As a reader I can see what she means… and I have to admit that I’ve been a pretty conscious that some of my picks have been the same as others.
I know that when I pick, I always try to pick ones that haven’t been chosen. Occasionally there is some overlap though. I also try not to pick the same people every week.
I try to make a point of not picking photographs that were featured before I post for this reason, but I do occasionally because I love the picture so much that I just have to do it.
When i post last i do look over what others have posted. but also i try not to over think my posts too. I look through all the links and save the 10 or 20 i love and narrow it down later. I try to not even “look” at the names. I just try to go with what i like and what really catches my eye.
So now for some of our solutions:
1. We would really like a readers pick each week - this means that YOU the readers have to tell us what YOU think. please feel free to comment and tell us your favourites.
2. Random pick sunday - where we randomly choose an image to be posted.
Do you have ideas, suggestions, concerns or comments. Please tell us what you think.
oops a day late sorry.
if you posted your link this week already - feel free to upload again.
