Well, it seems that I’ve been lost in my own environment this month — apologies for this late posting. Here are some of my faves for this week:
I love street photography and as someone who roams pretty sleepy streets, this challenge has been a tough one. But I’m getting pretty inspired by all of your photos — while I do lean towards the more urban shots, not all of us have a lot of urban in our lives and so many of you have figured out really clever ways to marry the spirit of street photography into your everyday surroundings. Here are some of my faves:
Wow, some of you are really showing how brave you are this week. It was hard to narrow down my choices — so many of you are doing such amazing work. I think my faves are the ones where I can’t even tell what part of the body is in the picture until I read the text. Here are some pictures that caught my eye:
Sorry I’m a day late this week. It was a busy V-Day and there were so many intense photos to comb through. How a lack of colour can create so much more emotional heft is something that amazes me. Here are some of my faves for the week — but man, it was hard to narrow them down. Great work, everyone.
I think I’ve added every single resolution that I’ve read on your posts onto my own list. Except the eat less chocolate one. That’s just not realistic. Here’s what moved me this week:

Momster (take a Polaroid every day)

JC (eat more fruit)

Nosumo (cease attacking myself)

Geek Betty (dress like an adult)

RSVP (to commit)

Planet Shannon (lose “the weight”)

Stuffed (to read more)

Put Your Flare On (meet someone new)

Kasmin (eat less chocolate)
Mmmm… Red. I love it. Here are some of my faves for this week:
It looks like you all are having a whole lot of fun with this theme. I like that there’s a mix of perspectives on what defines “glam” — you’ve got the old school Hollywood beauties and the late ’70s freaks. Either way, it’s all beautiful and I loved going through the photos this week. Now I’ve gotta go dig up my old Roxy Music records.
