Am I the only one who finds it difficult to keep introducing myself week after week? I bet it’s really similar to meeting me in person. I’m sort of bad about having to meet people several times before I remember what the name of their face is.
Still…the difficulty of this challenge just makes interesting art, when you reach the end of your ideas and it happens anyway.
For this week:
Composition
Great expression, great movement, great angle (sucker for angles, right here). Thanks Zabsdays.
Creative Interpretation
MaySeek. She shows where she was.
Great Story
Literary Girl, or “just Jodi”. I’m not telling you anymore. You should read it.

Luscious Fibers, with a cat. I love cats. This cat is hott.
Hi! How excited I am to post from this venue. I LOVE the new format. More than anything, I love that I will no longer have to hunt through hundreds of blogs to find IF someone participated that week and WHERE their picture is. Love it, love it, love it. As does my boss (though she doesn’t know it) because I will now have more time to actually do my assigned paid-for job-type work.
With that, I’m also going to change up my Friday Faves a bit. There are SO MANY posters that I can’t possible cover them all each week. So I will pick four pictures that stand out to me, in the same categories as before. But know that these aren’t necessarily “THE BEST OF THE BEST”. No, they’re “THE BEST OF WHAT HOLLYRHEA LOOKED AT THIS WEEK”.
and how.
Composition
From AbbyMarie. I love the division and the lines of her hair.
Creative Interpretation of Topic
Fromichelle, with a poetic approach.
Great Story
Self-Proclaimed Supermom (real), with Morissey (fake).

And on Waxing Poetic, an intensely packed expression. You could stare for minutes and uncover more emotions in that one face.
Oh, sweet readers. I beat you and ignore you, yet still you come back for more.
You should be in therapy.
Best Picture:

Really, DebRichardson gets points just for her tenacity. She is STILL taking pictures twice a day. She should definitely be in therapy.
Best Story:
And TheWholeSelf, who shows us exhaustion after chasing two babies. She needs some massage therapy.
Creative Interpretation:
Then there’s ReporterStone, giving us a glimpse into her “window”, and the changing views without. She gets to go to therapy, too.
Hottest Photo:

And TwistedSoda13, who just looks great. No therapy for her.
Soooo many great interpretations this week. I’ve really enjoyed reading what I’ve found.
But my picks this week are:
Composition:
This was a really well put-together concatenation of school pictures, by RhonnaFarrer.
Creative Interpretation:
MadOrganica shows us the effects of time on creativity.
Best Story:
This is the best story, as told through pictures. I love that Deb was consistent in taking pictures at 11:11 day and night. Great story.
Hottest Picture:
Not much of an explanation for why I like this. Heck, not much of an explanation alongside the photo. But Lelonopo makes me want to be here friend, with a wry smirk and fun angle.
Stop everything you’re doing. Go to a quiet place, where no one can see you cry.

This is new SPT contributor, Sarah Stone. I happen to know her (she and my husband dated when they were fifteen). But I never knew this story.
We’ve hung out maybe three times, and I’ve noticed the limp.
I should have noticed her heart.
Her Self Portrait is here, but the whole story is here.
This is my favorite for all categories today.
