Hi everyone. My name is Elizabeth Booth (a.k.a. Elizaboothy) and I’ve just signed on as a regular contributor to SPC. I’ve been posting self portraits since February, which coincided with the first birthday of my daughter. Somehow surviving the first year as a new mom gave me the courage/creative kick to share pictures of myself with strangers.

A little about myself: I’m a stay-at-home mom/freelance writer (my background is in music journalism) who recently moved from Toronto, Ontario to Calgary, Alberta. I’m fascinated with the way that SPC gives regular people the chance to be the star of their own little space and also forces all of us to put ourselves into positions of bravery and self-revelation.
